Each product is made to order to minimise waste and reduce our carbon footprint. Because of this, we do not routinely accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re happy to help!

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Contact us with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

 

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

 

Lost Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking details. If it appears lost in transit, contact us, and we will work with our fulfilment partner to resolve the issue.

 

Non-Refundable Items

• Orders placed with incorrect shipping details

• Buyer’s remorse or sizing issues (please check our size guides before ordering)

Minor variations in print placement or colour due to the manufacturing process
